Ways to Give

You can give securely online using a credit or debit card or PayPal. Every gift helps create meaningful final wishes and joyful moments for terminal patients and their families.

Important Update for Donors

As of June 29, 2026, the Moments That Matter Foundation is in the final stages of receiving its official 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.

We anticipate approval within the coming days as it has been expedited. A donation receipt will be provided immediately upon your contribution. Once our IRS determination is finalized, all donors who contributed during this period will receive an updated receipt reflecting our official 501(c)(3) status for their records, to the extent permitted under applicable tax rules.

Thank you for believing in our mission and for helping us create moments that matter.
